Tool Box!
(this one
is about "coping"!)
THERE ARE DIFFERENT WAYS WE CAN STAY STRONG
AND COPE WHEN THINGS ARE ROUGH!
This page focuses on five of those ways; Staying strong, Telling your story,
Helping others, Humor and Distraction.
Each one of these methods is a "tool" we can use when we feel bad. We want lots of "tools" in our toolboxes! Are there certain things that make you feel better?
You can add your own "tools" to the list any time!
All the coping art on this page can be done as FAMILY PROJECTS!
